Welcome to Kaamify! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our application and services. By creating an account or using Kaamify, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, whether you sign in with a phone number, Google, Apple, or an email and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2. The Service

Kaamify provides a to-do list application that allows you to add, edit, and delete tasks, set priorities, and track your progress statistics. The app is designed to work offline by storing data locally on your device. For cross-platform synchronization to function, you must have an active internet connection to push your local data to the cloud.

3. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create in Kaamify (your tasks, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, copy, back up, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service to you.

4. Advertisements

Kaamify is a free, ad-supported service. You acknowledge and agree that the app will display advertisements from third parties, primarily through Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content or offers provided by these advertisements.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for regularly backing up your data.
